Our education firm offers college dropout prevention services, including workshops, professional coaching, and organizational planning. Our ideal clients are college access organizations, high schools, community colleges and 4-year colleges, and professionals.
Our mission is to increase the graduation of more BIPOC, low-income, first generation, and students with disabilities at predominantly white institutions. We do this by partnering with college access and success organizations, high schools, and postsecondary institutions.

-We offer virtual or in-person workshops to individuals and/ or groups at companies.
Our signature workshops are centered on:
-Creating a college-going culture in urban school districts
-Retaining more academically at-risk college students through proactive advising in postsecondary settings
-Helping more Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), first-generation, low-income, and students with disabilities seek help through early alert systems in postsecondary settings
-Using case management to retain more BIPOC college students.
-We provide guidance to professionals to engage very disengaged college students, including BIPOC, low-income, first-generation, and/or students with disabilities at predominantly white institutions (PWIs).
-We help higher education professionals and practitioners strengthen their academic coaching skills through teaching proactive advising in order to retain and graduate more BIPOC, low-income, first-generation, and students with disabilities at PWIs.
- We hold one-on-one coaching sessions or group workshops to facilitate college student retention and graduation at PWIs.
-We co-design successful student retention and success programs with postsecondary institutions to retain BIPOC, low-income, first-generation, and students with disabilities at PWIs.
-We co-develop successful alumni programs with college access organizations to retain BIPOC, low-income, first-generation, and students with disabilities at PWIs.
-We help organizations with researching, writing, and preparing competitive grant proposals.
-We co-design strategic plans with organizations.
-We evaluate programs for organizations.

-Review and edit query letters to prepare for submission to competitive book publishers.

-Review and edit the book prior to final submission to the publisher.

-We assist research scholars with IRB preparation for using human subjects.
-We provide scholars with advice to decide on the best qualitative method for their research study.
-We help with qualitative data analysis (e.g., coding, data displays).
-We support research scholars with making compelling arguments and telling stories of their research participants.
-We assist professionals by helping them to prepare for job interviews.
-We review and edit resumes, cover letters, and curriculum vitas for career preparation.
-We help professionals prepare for graduate school by reviewing and editing resumes, curriculum vitas, and personal statements.
